How 2.0/2.0 Consulting designs and deploys the user interface (UI) and enterprise knowledge management solutions will essentially make or break Solution 2.0/2.0. Information visibility is key to Solution 2.0/2.0, making the interaction between the end-user central to our solution – be that the customer of Brand 2.0 or the constituents of Brand 2.0 – and the 2.0/2.0 Consulting technology system. If Brand 2.0’s customers discover a hard-to-use interface or sense that their input is getting lost in the noise, they will stop adding value to the system. If Brand 2.0’s internal constituents can’t aggregate and quickly interpret all the data pouring in from the channels the 2.0/2.0 Consulting solution has helped them deploy, they will stop using the system. Solution 2.0/2.0 needs a UI that unifies communication streams inside and outside the company. Because 2.0/2.0 Consulting does not have direct control over the technologies key to Solution 2.0/2.0, this technology stream is particularly unstable. Key team members, skills, and competencies needed to manage this instability are called out in Section 7.
